A Celebration of Italian Cuisine
Through a partnership with America’s forefront culinary voices, Osteria Mozza Washington DC emerges as a celebration of traditional Italian cuisine, seasonality, and culture. Residing in Washington's historic Georgetown market, Chef Nancy Silverton brings the flavors, ingredients, and sensibility of her Michelin-starred Los Angeles restaurant to her East Coast debut. Just beyond the charming terrazzo-tiled entry mercato, guests are greeted by a sweeping Mozzarella Bar, where chefs compose artful flights of freshly imported cheeses and antipasti. The sprawling dining room exudes refined rusticity, with warm woods, weathered Grottaglie ceramics, leather banquettes, and a captivating copper-clad open kitchen. The enchanting solarium brings the outdoors in, offering year-round dining under a canopy of palms and olive trees reminiscent of the Italian countryside. Osteria Mozza's extensive menu showcases signature handmade pasta and fire-grilled fare, alongside dishes from Nancy's intimate Tuscan steakhouse, chi SPACCA, and the beloved pizzas of Pizzeria Mozza. The all-Italian wine list captures the essence of an enoteca, offering bottlings from across the country's prominent wine-making regions.

“Great on their own, Stephen Starr and chef Nancy Silverton are genius together. Just look at what the tastemakers have created in the space vacated by Dean & DeLuca in Georgetown.”
